Time is definitely in the hurricane zone time, but ships will change course to avoid any hurricane. Time period is during summer with children out of school so no discounts , I never heard about any senior discounts and we cruise twice a year and I am in my 70’s , one of the cheapest times to cruise the Caribbean is after thanksgiving and before Christmas, have found several bargains then .
