Westin Bayshore Hotel, Vancouver

Hi guys, will be goin on an Alaskan cruise in Sept, an was plannin to stay at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, am wonderin if anybody has stayed there, an how far is it from Canada place & the steam clock, an is it next to the water? Does anybody have pictures to post? Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks.

Yes a few times but not recently. Its a bit of a hike to Canada place but a short taxi. Its near the water but mostly boat/marina area. Several good restaurants in the area. A Well known and liked hotel. Short hike into Stanley park and bikes for rent up across Georgia St on Denman. If you are happy with the cost you will be happy with the hotel and area.

I haven't personally stayed at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, but I've heard good things about it. From what I understand, it's not too far from Canada Place and the steam clock, and it's located right on the water. As for pictures, I'm sure you can find some online or on the hotel's website.
