What is the best way to handle this room problem?

Ok. My husband and I are going on the Valor in Ocober with my sister and her husband. I had to book both rooms under mine and my husbands name in order to recieve the past cruiser free upgrade for my sister, (suggested by the Carnival PVP) They have never cruised before and their room would have cost more. We have adjoining rooms.
Here is my problem. They have one room booked with me and my sister and the other room booked with my husband and my brother in-law. Of course, I will be rooming with my husband and my sister with her husband.
Should we go to the pursers desk and tell them there was a mistake and have them correct the names and room numbers on the Sign-n-sail cards? They cant just swith room keys because of the bill. Or leave it alone? As long as they keep all 4 portfolio's separate, it should be ok.
Has anyone ever had this happen?

When you get you get to the pier, don't lie (it will hurt your credibility). Tell them you want to change the sleeping arangements, and have the keys and assigned to the correct people. You are not the first to do this.

I would have to agree with Cruizer.....Carnival is going to make their money either way so I dont believe they will even think twice to switch the sleeping arrangements.

Yeah, I think I will just go and have them change the sleeping assignments and issue new cards.

I just didnt want them to try and charge the extra money on my sister's room since the cruise will be paid for by then.

Thanks for the suggestions.

We just did this on our Legend cruise. Just check in the way the rooms are listed. After boarding, go to the purson desk (ALL FOUR OF YOU) and have them change. Make sure that the people in the rooms are charged on the correct credit cards.
We did this and had to go back because they switched the people in the rooms first, but not who was on which credit card.
