This is my first cruise and I'll be on it with my parents, sister and 3 other families we know. I was wondering what there is to do for my sister and I. My sister is 17 and I'm 20 and in college. Please let me know if you have any suggestions, we'll be cruising the western caribbean on the Grand Princess in less than 2 weeks! Thank you

Hey fishboy! :wave =welcome Bring plenty of money for the Voyage of Discovery!! It's a video arcade with a motion-simulator ride in it like Star Tours at Disneyland. It's fun and the only ship that I know of that has a ride on it. There are the racing motorcycles, flight simulators, shooting games, and other video games. On port days, they'll have a 1/2 price special on the games and rides. The ride screen changes from day to day.

To name a few other things to do:

There's the disco ("Nightwalkers" is the name I think) and that's a fun place to hang out. There's ping pong, the teen deck, and lots of shows and some games at night. You can go online in the business center or get some Haagen Daas ice cream. There's plenty of pizza, hamburgers and bratwurst by the main pool. The port stops will keep you pretty busy, and if you're into reading, there's the library. Have fun! :wave

Hey thanks a lot for all the ideas. Sounds like I need to budget my time to do all these things. Thanks again and I can't wait.

I took my 17 yr old daughter and never saw her the whole cruise.... Well maybe a bit of an exaggeration but not too much... plenty of young adults your own age....
