Going to the Eastern Caribbean on the Carnival Triumph on May 19th.. This is my 4th cruise, the 2nd with Carnival and boy am I excited....

Can someone advise me on what excursions to take in St. Thomas and Puerto Rico???

Any response would be much appreciated.
