Majahaul is a small fishing village about a $5.00 rt cab ride for the port of Costa Maya.It is very rustic - you can see "real" Mexico. It is not uncommon to see horses being ridden down "Main Street", or a restuarant with a dirt floor. My husband had perhaps the best lunch of life there - I wasn't so brave! So if you are looking for something out of the ordinary in you stop, Majahaul might be something to try.
