Which Celebrity ships were having propeller problems?

Hi all. We were thinking of booking the Constellation for Feb /2005. I know one or two Celebrity ships were having some type of propeller problems. Was the Constellation one of the ships? (I would not want to have any problems with our Feb. cruise)
Thanks!

So far every ship of the Millennium class has had issues with their new azipod systems. Carnival too on their ships. Most have been in for various repairs. The Infinity at least twice. Just book the cruise and keep your fingers crossed.

Azipod system=good........ Mermaid system(celebrity ships)= bad
Celebrity promises everyone who is cancelled from a cruise due to this problem a free cruise. Like a lottery....... plus if and when you do cruise it's always great too.

We have been on the Connie. We did not feel the "vibrations" on our sailing. There are other lines like Holland America that seem to have some issues too. The Milli is going into drydock to work on her problems. It seems to be the most plagued ship at the moment. I would recommend that you go ahead and book. If you have read the posts lately I don't think you will see too many complaints. Enjoy your cruise!

We were booked on a 10 night Hawaii cruise on the Infinity for a year. Two weeks before the cruise the ship had mechanical problems and had to cancel our cruise. We got our money back and a free 7 night cruise on the Millie. All we had to pay for was our air and government taxes. I can't remember if we paid port charges? Of course if your cruise is cancelled a month before you sail, I don't know if you would get anyhting, except your money back?
