By how you describe yourself I would pick either Carnival Spirit or Island Princess. I personally would do the seven day all the way instead of round trip because you truly do miss some of the best scenery when you go roundtrip. It will be beautiful either way but the extra cost of air is well worth the one way to me. JMHO.
