I have received 2 documents so far regarding the lawsuit. Both doc's came in the last 2 weeks. A man and his wife are suing because they missed the ship I believe due to airline problems. They bought the air/sea package, & were not compensated enough for their trouble. I know there must be a lot more to this suit than meets the eye otherwise why would it be going to court after almost 4 years and not settled. It only pertains to pax who did the cruise lines AIR/SEA PROGRAM between 1996 and 2001. You must prove your sail date, reservation #, agency you booked through etc. I don't think many folks would hold onto that information. I sure didn't. Thankfully I didn't have a problem and am looking forward to sailing on the Dream out of New Orleans in April.
