In addition to sightseeing while keywest and nassau, I plan to relax=sleep, read and sip nice cool tropical drinks:thumb, where is the best spot on deck to do just that?? My Mom will be with me, and she plans to lounge around too!!! We are cruising on the Majesty in April..

I always love the back of the top deck it is quiet and people rarely bother you!

We will have a balcony, so I will be looking for the spot at the top of the deck as suggested for relaxing!

I am a fan of the promenade deck... I like lots of shade though and being closer to the water....

The Viking crown Lounge is great. It's very quiet in there during the day, also, some RC ships have solarium areas. They are peaceful and the lounge chairs have cushions.

Sorry, I meant to say we will not have a balcony, but the viking crown lounge sounds like a plan too.

if you do not have a balcony then I definetly suggest pulling up a lounge chair on the promenade deck (its teh deck you go to your muster stations on) it is usually very quiet, and shady during teh day...

I also like the promenade deck. plenty of shade and a good place to watch the people walk by.

I like to pull my chair up to the rail on the promenade deck. The water is closer and you can regulate which side of the ship is getting the most/least sun.
