Who went to the mall today?

HOLY MOLY, it was busy! Took almost 20 minutes to find a parking spot, and when I was done about that long to get out of the lot. Something about it got me in the spirit though. It's fun to see people carrying all their bags, checking off their lists. Definitely getting more in the holiday mood.

Yes, I have to admit that I was one of those crazy shoppers at the mall today. Luckily I had parking karma and got a parking space 3 spaces from the door to JCPenney's. I had two $10 coupons for JCPenney's, so I scored a couple great deals. In the hair salon, they had their hair product gift packs for 50% off, so I bought two Redken packs with Shampoo, Conditioner, and a volumizing product that originally sold for $18.95, and they cost less than $5.00 each. Then I bought a nice black leather purse that originally cost $59.00 on sale for 50% off and with my coupon it cost $19.50.

Then I went to the Disney store and they had some awesome deals. A lot of stuff 50% off, so I picked up a few things for my granddaughter. Of course, the Godiva chocolates at Macy's are never on sale, but I have to buy it for my daughter-in-law every year...can't break tradition.

I agree that you could feel Christmas in the air at the mall today, even though it was over 80 degrees in Florida today. Christmas shopping is done....now the wrapping starts, then the baking, etc.

I did, I went to the outlet mall where I used to work. I was very lucky and someone was pulling out although I had to walk a bit but not too far. The mall was very busy! But it was fun to walk among the people with all of their shopping bags.

I first checked out the Rockies shirts at Sports Authority and refuse to pay 30.00 for a short sleeve T-shirt. Then I went to bath and Body and got their special five body creams for 25.00. That to go along with all the girls gifts on my list.

Then I went to Payless and got the bootie slippers Audra wanted. Get this they had one pair left and they were in her size!!!!! How lucky is that.

Then I walked by a new store Tommy Hilfiger. Well my SIL has always loved Tommy but with four kids it is a bit out of his budget. And mine too with so many grandkids to help out with the Santa toys. But I found a great baby blue cable knit sweater for 29.00. It is beautiful.

I bought myself a new purse that I only paid $20.00 for.

Then I went to Walley World and bought Mike some snow gloves, Grinch boxer shorts and found him a great long sleeve Official Rockies shirt for $8.00. Woo Hoo! I got Audra a night gown and sweater too. Boy did I make good progress.

I am thrilled to hear that the Disney Store is having a sale because that is the first place I have to hit with the kids when I arrive. Woo Hoo! :dance.

I then came home and ordered a photography book Mike wants. Yikes those things are not cheap! But it is ordered from Amazon and will arrive before Christmas.

I went today as well. I don't think it was as busy as the mall I went to last week but this week we were in between snow. We had some overnight and it started again at 5. Last week it was an icing outside. Next week I have tickets to a play in St Louis, wonder what mother nature will dump that day.

I went to the mall but waited til about 5 p.m. & the crowds had died down so it wasn't bad shopping. Almost done with my shopping, just a few odds & ends left.

I Went to the mall to believe it or not exchange something that I got for dh I get the right thing for OSH they are having no tax with sale this weekend and I don't expect I will have to go again I needed one more gift and got it on Fri when dh and I were at the mall for lunch it is not busy at all. dd is working at Macy and said food court was busy yesterday.

I drove by the mall, and had to laugh at all of you. I'm the anal sort who has all her shopping done by Thanksgiving Day. Now it's just little odds and ends I see here and there in my course of normal shopping... unless I see something I want! LOL!
