Has anyone here ever purchased the Wine Package on a RCI ship?

If so, could you explain how it works?

Our table mates on the Monarch last September had the wine package. Depending on the package of their choice, they got to choose a bottle each night from a wine list. Hope this helps

You pay them money .... They give you wine. That's how it works...

Basically you prepay for one of 3 wine packages.....and then you can order a bottle at dinner to enjoy in the dining room or Windjammer........and if you dont finish that bottle,you can re cork it and enjoy the next night or even take it back to your cabin........

You can order it on board or pre order .....

for a 7 night cruise:

Gold package

5 bottles =$113
7 bottles=158


Platinum package

5 bottles=125
7 bottles=173


Diamond package

5 bottles=137
7 bottles=189

and add 15% gratuity to all packages.....

there are also packages for 10 and 12 bottles..
