You will feel right at home on the Triumph. The Conquest class is essentially a stretched (60 ft longer) version of the Triumph class, and the layout of the ship is virtually the same. In addition there will be about 220 less pax on the Triumph, based on double occupancy. The one thing that I do miss when cruising on the Triumph, is that there is no Steakhouse.

I just gotta ask this: Why so many cruises all on the same ship? There are so many ships you could try.

thanks for the info.

My husband just loves change. He didn't want to try another ship. and at every port we continued to see different things or we would take people with us who had never been so it was always like a new cruise.

One reason may be that some don't fly...We have been on the Conquest 4 times, the Ecstasy 2 times, The Rhapsody of the Seas 2 times and the Voyager once, all sailed from Galveston. We will now have the CCL Magic this year, The CCL Triumph this fall and next year the Mariner OTS, the Grand Princess and in 12 the Disney Magic all from Galveston.

I saw the S.S. United States several years back, in Philadelphia. It has been purchased by a conservancy group and will soon undergo restoration.
