I booked a cabin on the new Reflection based on the deck plan offered by the travel agent. I was then looking at the Celebrity site for more info on the cruise and found out that cabin number is NOT the cabin number on the cruise line depiction of the deck plan. When I called the t/a back they insisted that this was the plan and gave me another site to look at which had the same deck plan as theirs...after checking Travelocity site which looked the same I again called the t/a to find out what the problem was and she told me she was waiting for the cruise line to call her back. This was 2 days ago, i am frustrated and feel someone owes me some explanation or compensation. Has anyone else had this type of problem. thank you

Which cabin is it?
They used to have an issue with the Solstice Class deck plans with the "hump" cabins on deck 8 where everything is moved down one cabin...#8201 appeared to have been on the "slant"...though it is really the first cabin after the slant...and #8197 appears to be straight while it is actually on the slant...
But they have now fixed this in the new brochures...and, I thought, on the net...
(I know because I was in #8201 on Eclipse last time on that ship...)...
