Rates from September thru May in NYC are about half of the June to August rates (except Holiday & Spring Break). The ships sail FULL during the summer months, which is one reason Carnival upsized from the Miracle to the Splendor. Our particular cruise has some of the cheapest rates for the summer. Check out the rates in July!!
