You make that selection at the time you make your booking. I will take the other point of view from my esteemed @ddicts pals who have posted already. The any time dining is not our cup of tea. We prefer the traditional dining with a large table. We enjoy having the interaction with the same table mates & wait staff for the whole cruise.
