We haven't sailed the Zenith, but we have been on her sister, the Horizon, on two cruises.
They are small ships but certainly deliver service and great amenities. Super food, attentiveness on the part of everyone, and an atmosphere that is out of this world.
We suggest you go to cruisecritic.com, sign on to their boards, register as a user and then go to the "Rollcall" page for Celebrity cruises. There you should find a sign-up sheet for your specific cruise. This should get you into the circle of people on your cruise.
