We just booked this cruise (Zentih on 4/2/07) while we were on our Radiance cruise! Are any of you going to be on this cruise? It's an 11 night cruise of the E. Caribbean. Sounds like a great trip.

sounds like a great cruise...you will be on one of the last ones aboard this ship under the X flag. You might like to post on the cruise tracker. A link is above near top of main page. But don't get your hopes up n finding someone here that is going. We are a small community compared to the crusin' world and not many folks here actually cruise X. Worth a try though.

Too bad there aren't many on this board who cruise Celebrity. It is a wonderful cruise line and has some terrific features. This will be interesting sailing on the Zenith's next to last cruise under the Celebrity Flag. We did not know that when we booked. We booked this one because it was a longer cruise, it was on Celebrity, we were awarded terrific on board credits and the price was the best I've seen! We are going for under $1800 for the 2 of us for 11 nights! Just can't beat that, especially when you consider the on board credits we get as well!

Yes I agree that it would be nice to have more X'ers around but hey! We are special.

No - I've never been on the Zenith. I'm kind of looking forward to being on a small ship again. Our first cruise was on a smaller ship and it was kind of fun. Actually, I thin the Zenith is even smaller then the first one we went on (Carnival's Celebration). I take it you've been on the Zenith. What can you tell me about her? I appears there are no hot tubs on this ship? Not that I normally use them, I'm just surprised I didn't see any in the deck plans. We were on the Summit a few years ago and the Zenith looks like a smaller version of it.

Yes I've been onboard a few times and will be going up the plank as you come off on the 13 April.
There are hot tubs they are on the very top deck aft. A great spot to be at sail away. Too bad X doesn't have the tubs open later.
The ship layout is pretty good except for the first lines inside the main doors of the buffet. It's pretty crowded when the ship is full. I think and my memory may be a little foggy here that when they refurbished it a while back that they added another line entrance at the other end of the area further aft.
The tricky get around is the mid ship elevator. This will take you a couple of days to figure out unless you get "My Tip" Maybe if you really look at the deck plans you can see the fault
Also the rear entrance to the Main restaurant is closed most of the time blocking flow on that floor from the rear elevator.
Also there are a few rooms that have fixed beds so if you want beds together this can not be done. You have to check the plans carefully if this is a concern.
It's a very nice ship and a great crew or was when we were last onboard and I have heard that is still true. The first "Martini Bar" at sea...looking forward to returning,
