Hi there,

my husband and I are looking forward to meeting new people on this cruise on the Zuiderdam. We are from Germany and the cruise is my husband's 40th birthday cruise. We have booked a Superior Veranda Suite (6057) but we are thinking about changing to a Deluxe Veranda Suite (SC) aft on deck 4 or 7......I would be very happy if someone could help me decide which one to book....

Hello, I just joined this group as well. Maybe the picture presentation on http://www.slideshare.net/paulkrebes/zuiderdam-cruise-email will help. This happens to be a write up of someone in cabin SC 4180 (deluxe suite deck 4). I have booked a cruise on the Noordam in this cabin. The reason why I choose the SC suite is because of the possibilities of a veranda that covers the side and the back. So you have more possibilities of sun and shelter from wind, but also a feeling of openess because you are not boxed in by two screens.

Hi,
I just read an artikle from someone that was on the Zuiderdam and had a SC cabin. They were glad that they had this cabin because they were able to see the closing of the lock gates and other ships coming, from their balcany...:beach:

after all we have decided not to take the HAL Zuiderdam cruise and cancelled this cruise. I wish all of you on the Zuiderdam a fantastic time.....greetings from Michael
