Disturbing Cruise Terminal Fight Footage
The footage available shows a large group of people actively chasing after another group of at least two men, as kids and other passengers are nearby watching the violent scene unfold. A security officer is seen running accross the terminal but, is almost helpless due to the size and choatic movement of the crowd. As we reviewed the footage you can seem him shouting at the crowd, without also becoming a victim himself. What appears to be two police officers are seen approaching the opposite side, also attempt break up the fight but, are visibly pushed back during the scuffle, actively attempting to gain contol of the situation as best they can.
The number of people involved is overwhleming due to them all being active participants, even if they are only using their bodies to create a circle and shielding the active participants who are actively punching and kicking the victims, who appear to be on the floor later in the video.
It May Have Started Onboard
Cruise Center reported that fellow passengers had posted in the Facebook group “COPs – Cruisers Opinion Page,” where one guest stated that altercations had already occurred during the cruise. These reportedly had happened on both Decks 4 and 10 of the Carnival Jubilee, with mention of property damage on Deck 10.
It is not known, if the people in this cruise terminal video footage are the same individuals involved in the onboard disturbances.
We have not found any official statement from local authorities regarding any arrests or injuries from the incident.
