The road rehabilitation work will begin in the coming days and is expected to conclude in approximately one month. The project will be executed by qualified companies that hold all required permits, working in close coordination with community leaders to ensure minimal disruption and clear communication throughout the process.
“Royal Caribbean is proud to support the well-being and development of Nuevo Mahahual,” said Ari Adler, President, Royal Caribbean Mexico. “We consider ourselves a neighbor in this community, independent of any tourism project. Our commitment remains rooted in listening, engaging, and building long-term solutions together.”
During the meeting, the company also committed to working hand‑in‑hand with the community to support the municipalization process and to ensure their concerns are raised with the appropriate government entities.
The project aims to improve accessibility, safety, and overall quality of life for residents of Nuevo Mahahual, while reinforcing the company’s broader commitment to sustainable and community-centered development.
