Enjoy this preview of Carnival Cruise Line’s new Mardi Gras launching in February 2021. Mardi Gras will be the largest Carnival Cruise Line ship ever constructed and the first in North America to be powered by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), part of Carnival Corporation’s green cruising platform. At 180,000 tons, the new Mardi Gras will be more than six times the size of its namesake.
Mardi Gras will feature six distinct onboard zones featuring brand-new experiences for spectacularly getting down to food, drink and fun. These areas are Grand Central (atrium), French Quarter (Emeril’s Bistro), Summer Landing (BBQ) , La Piazza (Pizza), Lido (Beach Pool/Red Frog Tiki Bar) and The Ultimate Playground.
While we wait for the ship to arrive, please take a look at this video and more photos in this photo album.
