Costa Cruises Launches Special Single Occupancy Promotion

Costa Cruises is making it more affordable for solo travelers to book their dream cruise vacation by waiving the single supplement on select cruises through December 2023.

Special Single Occupancy Promotion

Cruising Solo’ is available on dozens of exciting sailings to a variety of locales in all cabin categories except suites, offering solo travelers 80 percent off the cruise fare when they take advantage of this special promotion.

Cruising Solo

Solo cruisers can explore the Mediterranean, northern Europe, Dubai and United Arab Emirates and take a transoceanic crossing. Featured itineraries are seven-night cruises and voyages ranging from 12 to 21 nights. Two of Costa’s newest ships are included in the offer — Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda — along with Costa Diadema, Costa Fascinosa, Costa Favolosa, Costa Firenze, Costa Fortuna and Costa Pacifica.

“Cruising on Costa offers once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences, and our promotion with a special single occupancy rate makes it even more affordable for solo travelers to book a memorable getaway,” said Scott Knutson, vice president of sales and trade marketing for Costa Cruises North America. “We invite solo travelers to create their own adventure, with countless opportunities to make new friends from around the world both on board and ashore. Or they can enjoy a relaxing getaway on their own while we pamper them, which is the beauty of a cruise.”

The Mediterranean is an ideal year-round destination for the vibrant summer and less-crowded fall. Northern Europe offers rich history and culture, filled with iconic landmarks, while the United Arab Emirates is an ideal destination to experience a warm winter, featuring modern wonders and ancient traditions.

A transoceanic crossing allows plenty of time for grand adventure and relaxation. Explore destinations from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, and head below the equator to discover Brazil and Argentina.

The “Cruising Solo” offer is capacity-controlled for a limited time.

The New Costa

Costa offers a fully immersive international experience geared toward discovering local cultures through redesigned itineraries that offer more destinations with longer port calls. Exploration of new destinations continues on board, with themed restaurants, wine bars, apéritifs and exclusive brand partnerships. Dining opportunities range from casual to haute cuisine with an emphasis on regional dishes. World-class entertainment, a fitness center and spa enhance the on board experience. All this is available aboard the newest, most modern cruise ships in the world.
