Explora Journeys Unveils Luxury Stores Onboard

Explora Journeys has announced the launch of an all-new luxury watch and jewelry retail offering on board EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II, partnering with brands among the most desirable and renowned for craftmanship, reflecting Explora Journeys ‘European heritage and commitment to excellence.

Prestigious Luxury Stores Onboard

The two watch stores of Cartier and Panerai, as well as the watch and jewelry store of Piaget, will complement the retail offering of The Journey. Each shop will have a spacious and elegant environment, reflecting the design language of each of the brands through architecture and interior, offering a world class shopping experience.

Cartier

A reference in the world of luxury, Cartier, whose name is synonymous with open-mindedness and curiosity, stands out with its creations and reveals beauty wherever it may lie. Jewelry, high jewelry, watchmaking and fragrances, leather goods and accessories: Cartier’s creations symbolize the convergence between exceptional craftsmanship and a timeless signature. Panerai

Italianity, Marine World, Swiss Technicity and Modern Heroes: the four pillars that have long defined Panerai are translated into its first floating boutique, an immersive environment dedicated to the discovery of the Maison’s legendary DNA.

Founded in Florence in 1860 and still profoundly inspired by its origins, Panerai draws from its Italian design inheritance and cultural grounding to infuse both the Brand’s timepieces and store concept. With an illustrious history as the official purveyor of precision instruments to the Italian Royal Navy, a masterful Swiss expertise and an innovative spirit of technological research, Panerai is the depiction of pioneering luxury watchmaking, inextricably devoted to the sea, underwater exploration and journeys across the oceans of the planet.

Piaget

Piaget epitomizes daring creativity – a quality that has continued to permeate through the Maison since its beginnings in 1874. From his first workshop in La Côte-aux-Fées, Georges-Edouard Piaget devoted himself to crafting high-precision movements in a feat that formed the very foundations of their pioneering name. In the late 1950s, Piaget unveiled the ultra-thin movements that would later become the Maison’s trademark and the cornerstone of the Altiplano collection. As a true innovator of the watch and jewelry world, Piaget strongly believed in creativity and artistic values. It is within the walls of their “Ateliers de l’Extraordinaire” where master artisans continue to harness rare skills that have been preserved and perfected from generation to generation, transforming gold, stones and precious gems into dazzling works of art. The stores will open on board EXPLORA I on July 17,2023, and will be available exclusively to Explora Journeys guests.
