Thanks for the info glanders. We are scheduled to leave from Long Beach as well. I have been looking at the Westin Long Beach but am not seeing any availability for the dates I need in February. I have to call them directly I guess. Availability wise it was the same story for the Queen Mary! Sometimes getting the hotel is sooooo much more difficult than choosing the cruise :grin

Do the soft drinks offered on the DIAMOND PRINCESS incule CAFFINE FREE Diet Coke?
Do the 'FORMAL NIGHTS' include ALL restaurants or just the 'TRIDITIONAL' one?
Looking forward to the August 7th cruise.
