We took an island tour before going to the Boatyard, so we don't know how much it costs to go directly from the ship there. We paid $20 per person for the tour. It's only about a mile and a half from the ship, though, so it shouldn't cost much. Here's a link to their website:

I've done a Catammarran snorkle trip out of Antigua and it was very nice. Also did one out of Cozumel and it was nice. Did a Catamarran out of St.Lucia to Pitons. I guess I like the Catamarran ride.
