Does Celebrity enforce the "one bottle of wine per cabin" rule?

There are different packages you can buy. I got the CRUISER package, but pick what ever suits you best. On the left of the screen is a link for FLASKS.

Well, I'm coming from a whole different place. As a single traveler, I never drink in my cabin. However, I seriously doubt they will take bottles out of your luggage. I pack things I would not want strutinized....I believe they check for potential weapons and let everything else on board. So if you're into doing your drinking in the cabin or on the veranda, I seriously doubt they will "count" what's in your baggage. However, what you buy in port or on the ship, yes, they will hold the bottles until disembarkation or charge a corkage fee..

No problem with taking two bottles of wine on the ship on our March 2008 cruise.

Yes, I'd like to know too!

I have two friends who don't drink wine taking two bottles for me, and I'm going to take two bottles, and a few passengers later, DH is going to go through with two bottles. Plus we'll take some run runners in the bottoms of our checked luggage. We'll get there.
