Hi,

Sorry I'm so late posting.
I'm on the penthouse deck. I've never been on a cruise, so I'm trying to do as much research as I can. Really looking forward to it, as everyone has told me it's great.

Hi Sparky. We leave in a few more days. I haven't packed my suitcase yet because I am trying to spare my Jack Russell terrier dog from getting depressed. She gets really bumed out. I have started packing a cardboard box first to see if I can fool her. I don't think I can really fool her but I can try.

You will love the Mercury ship. Be sure to call me at my cabin 8231 Panorama deck.
The penthouse deck is a nice deck. I would like to meet you and your roomie. I am thinking
of taking a cruise addict sign with me to the party and I also plan to post a cruise addict
sign at my door.

You must also read your daily newsletter to find all of the ships activities.

Remember, when you get on board the ship head for the Palm Springs Cafe for the
buffett. The food is fantastic. It will be open all afternoon.

When you get on board the ship make sure you are assigned someone to take you to your cabin. I already know my way around the ship so I will just take off to my cabin.

When you get to your cabin and your cabin steward shows up you can request for extra pillows, blankets, robes if they are not in the cabin, extra clothes hangers, etc. They also
have sea sickness pills if you should need them.
You will find your safe behind the dresser mirror. SEA YOU.

I hear it is raining in Miami this week. If it should rain while we are on the cruise ship,
Mercury will provide an umbrella in each cabin.

I guess it is important to take shoes that are good for walking in the rain in case it rains.
I plan to pack a plastic poncho in case it rains.

I am leaving on Wed Nove20th and plan to spend two nights in So.Beach. We are
staying at the Dorchester Hotel on Collins st.; located three blocks from the Lincoln Mall.
I plan to take tours and go shopping for summer clothes.

See you all at the party. Call me at cabin #8231 when you all get a chance. I would like
to meet all of you personally.

Hi,
Just started packing and curious which nites are formal nites and which are semi formal. I'm trying to decide I need a tux or not.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Don't waste your money on a tux unless you are the type that likes to really dress up. I think on the second night when we are out to sea only is the formal night to meet the Captain. They have a 45min. intro cocktail party. The drinks are free and I have a great time getting high
right before dinner.LOL.

I plan to travel light with just one suitcase. Most of the women do like to wear the glitter blouses or dresses on dressy night.

First dinner night is super casual.

The drinks are also free at the Singles social events. I like to get a whisky sour drink. They are sooo good. One drink is enough for me.
