Ph,I must have thin blood or something, I was cold all weekend. In fact my feet are still cold.

BB, poor Shamrock, hope she feels better soon.

san, I'm really looking forward to the Encht. I've heard nothing but good things about it. Gm & I have pretty much picked out all our shore exc. We are even going to Chops one night. Larry will be "spinning" over that one, he could never see the point of "paying" for a meal on the ship.

I have all sorts of appts this week.........Dentist(cleaning) tomorrow........made an eye dr appt(gonna cost me $140-$160!!!)Wed....
Oil change Thurs .............doggie groomer on Fri........Who says retirement is relaxing.haha

Shamrock seems to be feeling a bit better. At least she stopped barfing. Now she's just sleeping which I guess is good for her to do.

Can't believe lawn guys are here! It was just pouring a few minutes ago. The grass is soaked!

Never did go shopping today. I wasn't in the mood, if you can believe that. I need a new pocketbook and might wait until I get up to Ocala again to go to the place on 200.

BB, it's cause San told you to go, just kind of takes all the "fun" out of shopping! I think he was using "reverse" physcology on you!:D

Yeah, but you know what, KC ... It ain't gonna work!!!!! If I had gone shopping with Bert today I would have had to go to the place where he picks up their curbing supplies ... BORING!!!! Better to shop on a day with no distractions!

Kasey: I think Larry would flip over the fact that you DESERVE to go to CHOPS and Portofino too after all the CLEANING UP and FIXING UP you've done around that house ALL BY YOURSELF!! I don't think he would object at all......you just go and enjoy yourself. We all know fro experience you can't take a penny with you!!

Okay, I need to go and sit down for awhile. I've been busy all day today. Went grocery shopping and to Kohls to even exchange a night-shirt and then took back the tennis shoes I bought last week because they're not running shoes. Geez.....too much for a old gal like me! [/size]

Got my Ebay purchase of some Estee Lauder Eye Cream. Feels sooo smooth under my tired eyes. I should have started buying stuff like this 30 years ago!! Who knew!! =huh

Art got the painting done and now we just need to put back some of the stuff that got moved around in the foyer. Looks really nice and CLEAN and without Shiney Spots from washing it.

Seems our LORDSHIP makes us "gals" do all the dirty work around here!! :girly I need to get him to get rid of that BAKER TITLE I have by my sign on name. Geez......I've been there and done that for too long already!!

Larry wouldn't mind the $20 for Chops if he saw you were having a good time, Kc. It's worth the twenty, I think.

SAn, I know I was having trouble earlier as well. Couldn't get here from my favorites, now it came right up.

So is it $20 for Chops on Encht? It's $25 on some I thought.

Ph, I meant to ask you, on your Mariner pictures I showed Jane there was one of a nice cafe type place on the Promenade. Yummy looking deserts & sandwiches, is the food there extra?? Someone on the RC board said it was included, but it sure looked like a Specialty type place to me.
Jane found a place on the RCL site that has the 3D view of the ship, she's going nuts checking it all out. She is really excited about this trip!

BB, smart move on your part, wait till Bert is out on a curbing job, then you'll have all day to shop!

Time to call it a night, just spent over an hour on the phone with Jane, bet you all can't guess what she called about???:D

The last time I went to Chops it was $20. Wouldn't be suprised if they raised it though.

Yea, K2, you need to have that repeating yourself checked out. Soemtimes I think you fall asleep and do a face plant on the post button.

Chops is still $20.........was when we were on the EN............

Not sure which pics you saw(I have a couple of MA albums),but Im thinking you mean Cafe Promenade..........has sandwiches,pizza, dessert,fruits,etc..........ALL FREE!! The only extra food cost is Chops........the cakes at Seattles best is free if you buy a speciality coffee(but you will get one coupon for a free cup anyway--inc cappuchino,lattes)

K2-thought you and John were "tight"........if you ask ,he does.....

Morning! I see they're still doing that upgrade on the other board. They were supposed to start it around 6 this morning and said it should take a few hours. We've heard that before, haven't we?

Lucky Nav to be in Cozumel today. I could go for lunch at Poncho's Backyard. How bout you, PH? I love their mango margaritas.

Should be a pretty quiet day around here. Guess that means I should tackle laundry! UGH!!!

BB, how's Shamrock feeling this morning?? My poor Midge has less & less hair, she just keeps grooming it all away. I don't think the steroid pills are helping her.

Estate lady tonite, should be interesting. Just hope she doesn't take one look & run screaming down the drive!
