SAN is busy painting right now or some other TASK he has lined up to help sell his house. I've seen pictures of his house.......he won't have any trouble selling it. I just hope he has a place to put his BUTT if it sells too fast!! Aw shucks he has all those kids in one area now and they all have extra rooms. He'll do fine.

Huh, bOB, I didn't know that I could complain when these ladies pick on me......I get my feelings terribly hurt on here sometimes.....would you help me out with a few bannings in the future.

Seems like a lot of people were mocking and humiliating that same person over the previous few months.

Does this mean that you lose your Royal Champion title and won't get invited to the Genesis Pre, PH?

I'm not worried about selling the house, K2, I'm just trying to maximize the selling price.....that's what's important to me and why I'm trying to make it look perfect. Problem may be that we don't have granite in the bathrooms or kitchen....Nancy never wanted it when we redid those rooms.

Too bad they couldn't isolate the problem with the A/C BB.....that would bug me knowing that it's going to eventually fail.......at the wrong time too.

Well, dentist visit over.....gotta get back to painting.

SAN: Solution for LACK of GRANITE. Get some local reliable quotes for Granite and if that seems to be a factor for whether someone is going to give you your asking price or not GIVE THEM THAT MUCH GRANITE CREDIT.
MEANWHILE, that CREDIT is already really in the asking price. Can't hurt to bait the buyers a little "IF" needed.
And I know you just want it to look good and you want to get your asking price......silly. DUH!!

I think it really STINKS that PH has to be off for a MONTH. That's a little overkill. Since we're on these computers almost 8/7 (notice I didn't say 24/7) hee hee......you would think a week would be more than enough time off.

I think I should write to Laura and plead your case for you.

I do so like it here better and always have.........just hard to leave some behind from my roll calls.......

I really sympathize with Art, K2. The grtanite credit wouldn't have the same wow as the real thing, so not sure that that would work.
