It's hot here, too, K2. Not helping the firefighters down in Morgan Hill. The humidity here is in the twenties....everything is so dry. There is ash and smoke all over the Bay Area from two different fires burning. I think it's going to be a long September for the firefighters. They suspect the huge one in Morgan Hill is arson!

Turns out it wasn't intentionally set GM....it was accidental. Someone was burning trash in a 55 gallon drum [which is illegal in Santa Clara County] and it got out of hand. Everything is so dry out here this time of year and no rain for two moe months.

Not much going on around here today. Kris wanted us to go to Universal with them today, but I passed. Too d*mn hot to stand in lines for rides that we've been on before. We still have to activate our passes, but I'd rather wait and go there some evening after it's cooled off a bit.
By the way, San - Congrats on all your new additions. Haven't had a chance to stop by here for a couple of days and look what I find ... Lots of new babies! Hope they let you sleep last night.D

Just got back from the Craft show in the Park. WOW.......talk about walking and walking and walking even more! And in the HOT SUN on top of it. Going to get some late lunch from the refrig and then prop up my feet and rest!!

Hi back to you BB.
It's cooled down quite a bit here. The Morgan Hill fire is now under control. They will likely go after the careless person that started the fire......so far they have spent 6 million fighting it.....don't know how they would recoup that much from an individual though.

Kasey........I'd have to take it down too. But you have to admit that you get a LOT more cruises in than people who don't live close to the Port of Calls in Florida!! Just ANOTHER PERK of Florida living!! Lucky you!!
STill NO RAIN here. They scared me into going shopping and I spent $68 bucks on a load of food in case it started raining "cats & Dogs" and I couldn't get out for days!! Hee Hee. Actually, I needed all of the stuff I bought and it just pushed me to get it over with. I HATE Grocery Shopping!! A big waste of time to me.
