Thank you to everyone. I am doing ok right now because the last 2 weeks were spent in the hospital. I rarely left his side only going home to get dialysis soultion & supplies and to shower and change clothes. He was so miserable that right now I am feeling mostly thanks that he is not in the shape he was in.

I really appreciate the c@ family and it really helps to have your thoughts and prayers.

My dear Ellen, we're so sorry for your loss, but I can also recognize your relief that your dear husband is finally at peace. I'm a firm believer in quality of life more than quantity of life, and he certainly didn't have much quailty from what you describe. Now it's time to take care of yourself. I'm sure the next number of days will be difficult for you and I'm praying that you will find the strength and peace to deal with them.
