With tears running down my cheeks I am so sorry to read the news. Even tho I know it was going to happen and soon I was so hopeful she would be able to see her beloved Simon once more but it was not meant to be. She is now at peace and I'm sure there were the many addicts from your great community there to meet her.

Many prayers to her son during this difficult time and the hopes that the 2 cats will do well in their new homes and Scotter will find a new home soon.

Thanks MaryAnn for keeping us posted during this time.

I know I am just mainly a lurker, and haven't posted in a long while, but something made me log on today. I am at work, but the tears are flowing regardless. My heart aches for this wonderful woman that I never had the chance to meet in person. Her videos with her furbabies ALWAYS brightened my day. She loved them so much. And they her.... Rest in peace sweet lady.

I knew that the end was near but with hearing the news tears are running down my face also I loved all her pictures and stories and she gave such wonderful reviews of american idol I sometime read them before I even saw the show. She will be missed here very much.
Condolences to her family
But like everyone else that has left us she will be always in our hearts for ever.

First, I would like to thank whoever was kind enough to move my post from Safe Harbor to here and make it a sticky.

I'll be sending this link to Connie's family - Scrapbook Lady had asked me to post that Connie had passed away, and her friend had provided the information about what happened last night and earlier today.

If and when I have more information, I'll provide it.

Both Maxie and Simon have found loving homes. I'll leave Scooter to another post at another time.

On behalf of Connie's family and friends, thank you for your prayers and kind words. They are much appreciated.

We are all very sad to read this. We so enjoyed her FANTABULOUS photos and like others, those "Where in the World" tests were driving me crazy, but I sooooo enjoyed them. My deepest condolences to her family in their time of sorrow.

Connie, you will be missed. . . . .

May the family find the peace and comfort they need at this time - no matter how prepared you think you are - it is still a big loss.

I will remember her and her post fondly!

RIP dear friend!

Saddened by the news although I knew with all the issues she had it was only a matter of time. She put up a good fight but now she is free of all her suffering. My condolences to her family.

Forever Remembered
For anyone interested, I should have funeral details sometime tomorrow.

This evening, I was told:

She lived to read and post on cruise addicts. We are printing the posts and are going to put them on a board along with pictures of her. I'm going through her cruise pictures right now.

I'm happy they are going to be able to see our posts. I hope they share a photo of Connie with us. She was hesitant to post it, I would love to be able to put a face to that wonderful person. She loved her cruise and was always the first one to get the virtual cruise going when Addicts took off on a group cruise. She spent a lot of days on the Jealousy cruise.
