Can you believe it...ONLY 1 week and 1 DAY before we fly out to Seattle!!!!!! WOO HOO
I am so excited!!! I am a little unsure though as to what to pack clothing wise....for the Carribbean it was easy, its hot! LOL But for Alaska I cant help but wonder will I need warm clothing for walking around at the ports and such or do we dress for spring/summer?
We are meeting up with our CA family at the Calypso Bar then heading to the buffet when we first board. I still can't believe its almost time!!!
Also are y'all doing the formal nights?

I was wondering if anyone was getting as excited as I am. We're in single digits now. My mother-in-law
is flying in from Tn. on sunday and going on the cruise with us. We plan on doing the formal nights. It's fun to dress up once in awhile. I've been checking the Alaska weather and it's been pretty nice. It looks like occasional light rain.
I'll see the ship in on sunday and know the next week we'll be on it.

Ok, has it hit you yet, and are you panicking about this time?! LOL I AM!!!
I know I kept putting things off...now I am looking at the days thinking we are LEAVING day after tomorrow, I HAVE to get some things done! ROFL
I have a list of things to do everyday until we leave on the plane Sat. on our way to Seattle.

I know how you feel. I have a list of things to do too but I haven't done too much yet. I'm anxious to start packing. I think I'll get some clothes out tonight. My mother in law has been here all week and she is ready to go. Three more days!

If y'all would like to meet up for lunch or something let me know, we always choose the anytime dining.
Although we are going with a group of family we all do our own things when we want. My husband and I LOVED the bingo and horse racing the last time, we actually came out ahead! LOL We love to gamble in the casino as well, but didn't hardly do any of that the last cruise.
I can't wait to get the daily schedule, that was the best for me to go through it every night and decide what things we wanted to do the next day. Sometimes I would just curl up with a book....aahhhhh peace and quiet!
I hope its a good fun crew!!!
P.S. Dont forget the ponchos!!! I'm going to Walmart today to get some of those cheap ones to throw away.

I am SO sorry Janie, I in the midst of packing and running around like a chicken with her head cut off I totally forgot to log back in one more time. I ALMOST logged in when I was on the net on the ship, but I wasn't sure if anyone had, had time to log in here before leaving.
I will say this, I had THE most WONDERFUL time and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
