We went with Sotos also and the walk is about 4 minutes. Just go right after leaving the tender area and around the corner to a church. They will have a van there waiting for you and they will wait a few minutes for all to tender in. Also, they take pride in getting you back to the tender on time. If not they would not in business. You will have a great time. Buy the video! It was great and I love sharing it with my friends and family. Especially since some of them will never have the chance to visit Grand Cayman.

Pnorth,

Hate to get off topic here, but I'm going on that same cruise in July. Can you give me any tips?

Thanks!

Joe.

Hi Joe, what would you like to know? It is a nice ship and I had a wonderful time in both Cozumel and Grand Cayman. What excursions are you doing?

pnorth,

We are going to be taking the Soto excursion, but what was fun to do on the Ship? What is there to do in Cozumel?

Thanks!

Joe.

There is alot to do on the ship. I went to shows, like the newlywed game, magic show, stage shows, commedy, etc. They were all great. I have a copy of a carnival caper if you have a fax I would send it to you. This would give you an idea of the daily activities on the ship. In Cozumel, I went to Channakab Park and did the royal swim with the dolphins and just hung out most of the day at that park. It was a great time. Afterwards I went back to the ship and cleaned up a little and took a cab to Carlos and Charlies and partied there for a while until I found my son riding around on a scooter. We went for a ride along the coast and watched the sun set. It was SO pretty. We left and went back to the ship after stopping and buying liquor at the duty free store you pass through on the way to the ship. Next March I will be returing to Cozumel and plan on going to Paradise beach and just hang and close by there is another beach to snorkel. I love the beaches. My son and his friend did the atv tour from the ship. They said they wished they would have gone with me after seeing the video of my dolphin adventure. They love to ride atv's really fast and it was not going to happen on this tour though they took off a couple times and were told to slow down. (those boys) They did like seeing the ruins. Geez I rambled on...

joej,

When we were in Cozumel we did the ATV, Kayaking & Snorkeling tour with Wild-Tours. We had such a great time. We drove atv's for about 10 miles, kayaked out to reef and snorkeled about 30 minutes, had lunch (which wild-tours provided) drove atv back. There were 4 adults and 4 kids, so the adults drive. I believe the cost for 1 adult and 1 child under 12 is $115.00 and two adults is $140.00. If interested check out web site. www.wild-tours.com
It really is a blast if your looking for a great time.
