Jill, I am so sorry for all you are going thru. My DH has lost a brother and sister to cancer and it was very hard on everyone. I will keep you all in my thoughts. Please savor every day you have together.

Thank you all for your kind words; it means so much. I told Duncan that I posted here, and he thanks you all too. He also said to tell you all that he will fight this with all his might. Yesterday he was positive, I don't know about today yet as we didn't go to the hospital, and we are waiting for Lyn to come home and fill us in.
Duncan is going to be allowed home soon. Lyn has many years experience in aged care, so she is qualified to look after him, and we feel home is the best place for him to be. (not that he is aged, it is the care aspect)
We have offered to stay as long as we are needed; I can help by cooking and cleaning. Rick can help with heavier tasks. (and we can try and train the shaggy little dog to not jump up so much)
I will update again when I have more news.

Again, thanks for your prayers, I am sure they are helping.
