Happy Anniversary Cindy and Dan and Rubysky and DH (and happy birthday to him tomorrow!) With all the postings I have read in the past about crock pots I thought I'd get mine out. I use mine just for keeping foods warm. For lunch on the day we boarded Crown Princess 2 weeks ago, they had the most awesome Chicken Cacciatore...it just melted in my mouth. So I decided to make it in the crock. Had some frozen shrimp and threw that in at the last minute too. Served with rice and salad. It was very good (but not as good as on the Crown :() Been busy all day researching cruises and we have booked the Carnival Miracle for next September! :thumb Thanks for the help Denise; we got the aft wraparound balcony on deck 4 ;)

We had leftover lamb from a leg of lamb we rotissed on the bbq a few days ago, so I made Shepherd's Pie. It was soooo yummy. Did it a bit different this time, with a bisquit mix topping, and it was a huge hit! Even fussy wussy daughter said to make it again! I almost fell down the stairs! LOL!
