Loved this hotel. Excellent staff, always going the extra mile, clean, well kept, efficient hotel. The breakfast is good, even when busy and the buffet/snack food 3 nights a week is really welcome. The lift issue people mentioned was not a real problem as we were on the 10th floor and often just used the stairs, only had one time… More
