This is the beach between Anchor Point and Homer, Alaska - Homer is one of our ports of call. Will this do? :whistle:

I can only dream, I would have to win the lottery to afford it and be able to take off 2 weeks in a row.......LOL. I don't get 3 weeks vacation until November 2012.

* sigh * Wish we could make it, but as I said previously, SunFlower is holding out for the British Isles (HAL 14-day Celtic Worlds), the Med (HAL 14-day to be determined) and that HAL Circle Hawai'i that Mama Duck is considering ...

HOWEVER - Since we took this cruise in August, I'll be glad to fill you guys in on the Amsterdam and the itinerary.

If we can't sail with you, at least I can cruise vicariously ... QUACK!

U all enjoy as I am sure U will with the constant pampering from HAL. :doubleup: We our going with Princess next May and the Glacier Voyage this time around as the glacier options better fit with our return request to the Gr8 White North. :banana:As for Hawaii in 2013 ... Perhaps its a possibility but did the cruise visit once so I believe we will follow the trail of Beryl on a return to the tropical paradise called Hawaii and do the Land Cruise so we can get MORE time on each island. :boogie: Enjoy the countdowns and planning. :cheer:

So sorry you won't be on the Alaska cruise... yet, I know SunFlower will love the Celtic Worlds cruise. We did this itinerary (or close to it) on HAL Prinsendam a couple of years ago. So, I'll answer your questions on Celtics Worlds and you can answer mine on the Alaska itinerary.

Is it 2012 yet?

Earl - both HAL and Princess now offer pretty much the same 14-night Circle Hawai'i itineraries. My preference is HAL, but I'll study both in due course to see if there is any advantage one over the other, and most cost-effective to the group. Then we'll take it from there.

After the Bermuda cruise I will be a 3 star Marnier. there are a few small Perks . I have never cruise with Princess cruise yet. But there would be no problem if you choose Princess. Just get us to Hawaii:boogie::boogie:

Earl - as I said, my preference certainly is HAL. They occasionally have an itinerary that overnights in Honolulu (2 full days) and remains late (11:00pm) in Lahaina, Maui. That is the one I would pounce on if it were offered.
