Mary Ann - Claire and I have been on both Princess and Holland, and we are hooked on Holland now.

When we did that cruise with Princess, it was a 15 day, but included Kona at the time. I believe they dropped Kona the following year (easier to do the scheduling, I'm sure) but I enjoyed that port. Hoes HAL do Kona?

Jacquie - Kona appears to have been dropped by both.

Oh my gosh Mary Ann! ... 73 weeks? Makes our countdown for Mooda (15 weeks) seem like a drop in the bucket! Then again, we probably have somewhere around the same lead time for our 'Celtic World' cruise. Just waiting for HAL to post the itinerary so we can book.

We certainly enjoyed our 14-day HAL Adventurer last August. Know your crew will as well! Envious here.

73 weeks is long way out . Our next cruise is February 2012. Not sure if we are cruising in 2011, maybe our anniversary near the end of the year. We will see what the job gods do

In the "trivia" department....

the first reference to number of weeks to go for the Veendam/Bermuda cruise was 71 weeks, and that appeared on Page 21 of the thread.

Now, aren't you happy to know that?

If you're asking me, Earl, I'm a 4-star Mariner. There are some other 4-star Mariners booked as well (not necessarily @ddicts).

Congratulations on your 3-star status, Earl. :cheer:

I'm just two Cruise Day credits away from being a 2-star Mariner. Should our 2011 cruise be on HAL, I'll be 2-stars for the Amsterdam cruise; otherwise, I'll remain at 1-star.
