Could you email him and ask him to come out of retirement just for this cruise?????? I'm sure he would come running - paint in hand! What a deal, to be terrorized by ducks just when he's finally had a chance to relax! I wonder if former masters of vessels ever decide to return as passengers?

Darn. I looked at next year's cruise schedule, I was hoping to see the Amsterdam on my Sapphire Princess Cruise (photo op) but, no such luck. 
Icy Strait Point and Sitka do not offer any visitor's guide pubilcations, but you can access their home pages by going to - Icy Strait Point & Sitka, Alaska, the most beautiful and historic city in Alaska!.
