Hi guys - thanks for the birthday greetings! I just opened presents and I think my mom bought out Bealls when she was visiting my brother. I have new flamigo pj's and 3 new flamingo tops. I am also loaded up in gift cards (Macy's, Coach, Kohl's, Lands End, Eddie Bauer, Target, Olive Garden) and cash. I'll be buying a new purse at Coach on Saturday. Yippee!

More in the morning - I am getting birthday calls from family now!

It's so nice to see that we've picked up the posting pace....I love logging on and seeing something to read. Not too much is going on here. The weather has definitely taken a change, and we are looking at warmer temps which is so nice. It's always funny to see it when people don't know how to dress and some dress in winter coats while others are in tank tops and shorts. I don't know if any of you who used to live up north remember this. It just makes me laugh. In the city where I work there are many unusual people - it's very artsy. I laugh at what I see there when I am leaving work and crossing the street to the parking garage. There are the people that I work with, dressed up a bit like me or in scrubs, and then there are all the teens in their skater clothes, and then the ones who are really pushing it, dressing as though its 90 when its 60. Yesterday some guy was running down the street in too-short shorts carrying a coffee table upside down on his head and as he passed me he said "it was a good deal, and so light." Of course, after he passed me, he continued to talk to no one in particular as he was waiting alone for the light to change. At that point I was glad that we have an outpatient behavioral health clinic, and I was hoping he would be running there next!

As far as this cruise goes, does anyone have any ideas for what we want to do that maybe we haven't done before? Should we actually try to plan for a "pub crawl" night? What else can we do?

Ok, off to work.....Sheree

Happy belated Birthday Sheree.:party

Barb of course I love to cruise with you but you guys have not always cruised on the same ones as the big cats and with us so I sometimes forget which ones you are going to be on. I had a brain fart (as I do a lot lately) and forgot you were going to be on this one this year if all goes well. I enjoy your company and we need to hit Ron Jon's some this summer.

I am sorry to hear the weather sucked for lake Eola. It sucked in Fort Lauderdale too. Not as much of a booze hall as I had hoped. no good rum or tequila just some Irish whiskeys and scotch so I have nothing to bring for the cruise yet. :S

Good Morning Cats,

Greg has been working to support our addiction to shopping. I took GD to Justice and a few other stores. My allowance is shot. I told Greg that I can't say no to her when she finds cute things to wear. Oh well, she will look amazing in her new outfits. Greg says hello to all.

We have relatives staying at Cocoa Beach and are planning to visit us today after Mom's hair apptmt. We go to Sea World with GD, GS, and their cousin from NC tomorrow. It is suppose to be around 90. I am sweating just thinking about it!

Sheree,
Happy belated bday. Sounds like you really received some great gifts. You must have a lot of great friends/family! Strange people here? Actually most people dress for the warm weather. Imagine that?

Tommy,
Meet soon? Got beer!

Regina,
We would love to meet with you guys when you have a free day. I know you enjoy cruising with us. We walk Tommy while you sleep. LoL

Dan,
How is Zoey? Courtney? Are you enjoying parenthood?

George,
I agree, we don't touch Scotch (unless it is free). Bring on the beer.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hey Cats...it's Cruise-girl here....Happy Belated Birthday Sheree! Sorry I missed it.

George, what about a CT Scan?

Well on the zip lining...a woman fell 65 feet to her death when zip lining in Roatan. Her harness broke and she was gone! I was considering this in Belize but not any more!!! Call me chicken or what ever you want, I do not have a death wish LOL

Hope everyone is doing well. I have to run.

Hi Cats!

Cris - I am with you on the fear of the zip line. I'd like to do it but I also want to do it in a place that I feel safe. If it's RCCL's island, I'd feel more safe than one of of the other ports, but it is really hard to say. I also want to sky dive, but I'll do that close to home after being properly instructed!

I don't even know if I've ever tried Scotch. I'll stick to tequilla, thank you very much!

Barb - glad to see the GD has the shopping gene, but it's a shame that it cuts into your allowance. I think Greg needs to give you a raise! Send the GD in to give him puppy dog eyes and he should give in, right? You said you walk Tommy while Regina sleeps. Last year, it was the opposite....Tommy couldn't keep awake during dinner. We later found out that he was surfing the dirty websites and running up the wireless bill. Ok, maybe that's not quite accurate, but it makes a funnier story than what he was telling us about not properly logging off and getting a huge bill.

Ellen - any more news about getting an aft junior suite?

Hope everyone else is good....George, Jim, Dan, Dee, etc....Hi guys.

I saw something funny in the old neighborhood. I don't go there very often, but on my lunch break (when I get one) I check my Yahoo mail, read the Yahoo news (CNN is blocked at work) and this website. Well, I had an extra minute and saw that the old neighborhood is still marked as a favorite, so I checked there and saw sometihng hillarious. "Are thongs appropriate in the solarium?" The short answer, of course, is no. Hear that George? NO!

Good evening all,

But not just any beer, we do have our reputations to uphold :D Tell Greg we look forward to another beach site with an all you can drink menu option...that was a great time. Any idea if St. Marten / St. Thomas offer something similar to what we had in Costa Maya? Anyone in the exploring mood?

Dee, 3 reasons why I don't go to the Dr. without extreme prodding from Anne...

1. The news is never good.
2. My Dr. always wants to perform follow-up testing for something I seen her for previously, in addition to what I originally came for.
3. Follow-up test always lead to more bad news and additional testing.

But to answer your question, I seen a pulmonologist this past Monday, who found items of concern on my left lung, per my chest x-ray. That spurned a CT scan on Wednesday. Following the procedure I tried to get info / some kind of feeling as to the results from the radiologist...talk about stoic...she should be on the world poker tourney. She made it absolutely clear she could not discuss any results of my CT, that has to come from the pulmonologist...which is unfortunately not till Wednesday!

Your going to keep pushing that envelope and I'm gonna break out the green one at the Raddisson...or maybe at the Captain's party :D
