Thanks for checking in everyone....Barb, sounds like you got it the worst but you are still doing okay. That's good! I always worry about you guys down in Florida when these storms hit. Hopefully you won't see any more this season! Barb, are you and your Mom doing well healthwise? I certainly hope so.
The seminar was good today, then I met a friend at the Cheesecake Factory and now I am stuffed. Three weeks from now I'll be enjoying the start of my vacation. So let's see, that's 13 more workdays. That's bearable!!!
I'm going to start planning outfits this weekend....and hopefully I'll come up with a bag of clothes for Goodwill too. I need to clean the closets and get some of this clutter out of here.

Glad to hear everyone is doing well. Weather Channel shows Melbourne getting almost 14" of rain...that's our total for a year!

Hey all!!! Tomorrow(Friday) we are heading out to Dallas! My father-in-law is getting married for his 4th time!!! His fiancee is from Texas but they live nearby Sacramento, Ca!!! This is going to be Zoey's first flight! I hope she will do good!!!

Jim, then you can head north and work on Greg's honey-do, too. We've got a ceiling fan to be installed, some wood trim that needs to be cut and installed, a door that keeps sticking....just a few things!

Good Morning Cats,
Greg will be going to work today. He may return if the roads are flooded. His boss is on the phone with him now. There may not be work after all. This is the slowest hurricane we have experienced. Usually they come and go within 24 hours.
Mother has been in bed for two weeks. She is bipolar and this is not unusual behavior for her. I think she is well physically. Maybe the cruise will cheer her up. Her doctor decreased her depression medicine. I am going to start today with the normal dosage to see if it helps her feel better.
My heart remains in sinus (normal) rhythm with this new drug, Tikosyn. I am functioning with it okay, but felt better after the cardioversions. My heart is healthy and strong and blood pressure is usually normal. The drug lowers my blood pressure which causes me to feel fatigued. If my blood pressure would go back to normal, I would feel much better. I should do well on the cruise as there won't be work, just eat, drink, shop, and have fun. Thanks for the concern and well wishes.

Have you been off work? We have not left the house since the storm began. Glad to hear your house survived the rain and winds.

Zoey should do well with flying. Hope your trip is a safe and fun event. Be positive and believe this time your step father is marrying his soul mate. Does Courtney like her?

I have been searching for a COMFORTABLE pair of evening shoes. This will be the 11th cruise and I have yet to find a pair. Do you have any suggestions? You can Email me with the suggestions.

Barb, it is my father-in-law not step-dad! Anyways, Courtney feels that it is "another wedding" and she does think that his new wife is nice!!!! I agree! His previous wife was spending all of his money shopping and not spending hers!

Hi All,
We are getting the rain and wind now. What the news had to say was we will get rain until saturday. We have about 30mph wind right now. Where the storm is going is anyones guess. It is moving at 5mph west if it stays on that track and don`t head north the eye will pass over us. But by the time it gets here the wind shouldn`t be bad.
We don`t need a bad storm before the cruise, I could be called to work and not get my vacation
I am planning to have no damaging storms before we cruise
