Ricardo was the Concierge, he was overworked mostly by the LA but the lounge wasn't crowded every night, full yes. He did a great job and is a nice man.
I agree the one on the Sovereign is great! Wish the other ships would catch on and treat me as well as I'm treated on the Sovereign. The LA on the Adventure was excellent too. I sure hope RCI pays attention to the comment card and sees how we were treated. Definately not good PR.
