Okay.....Okay..you all are quite crazy and hard to resist :lol We will call Lori today. We will see where things are for us at the end of Jan. Does not hurt to hold a cabin. The countdown is bringing back some memories. We are still going to leave the deposit on the other cruise...just in case. Although I can't imagine not cruising with you all again.....Jim you really know how to get to a girl!! :lol We would miss you to!! Now George...all I can say is "On Air" this will be us....we must pick out a song!!

Everything does sound great...except as I stated previously... there r plans for 9/22...the day we would be getting back.....Maybe u could switch the date to 9/29/07.....I think Margaret and I could do that one!!!!!!!!!...but as of now we r stay w/Carnival Liberty!!!!!!!!

Hi guys....I'm still trying to reach Lori to get booked. Called again when I got home tonight since I'm getting her voicemail, then she's getting my voicemail.
Not much else going on. It's Halloween and we rarely get any trick or treaters because of the lack of sidewalk on our street. Plus we are surrounded by old people!

Hi guys - talked to Jennifer about booking today. We were actually able to go up to a E1 (extra $20) and book an aft cabin. We had an aft a couple of years ago when we were all on the Mariner, and it was totally amazing. The down side is that we have to pay the full deposit by Monday to get it locked in. We talked about it when I got home from work, and basically we don't need to discuss it any more - Greg said to jump on it!
Ok...so if we really can't do anything to get Randy and Marg with us because of the date, we need to continue our list with the goal of capturing all Big Cats, past and present......I've asked Greg to help me out.....

Hi guys - a little OT here - but are you all as sick of political ads as we are? We've got politicians slamming each other all over the place and people trying so hard to confuse all the issues on the ballot. We have 2 confusing issues, which are issue 4 and 5 and they both pertain to smoking. Greg and I like issue 5, which would prohibit smoking in restaurants and other places. We are really hoping that it passes - we loved being in Florida and not having to deal with the smoke when we were out to dinner. The cigarette companies are sponsoring issue 4, which keeps smoking where we have it right now, and is a constitutional ammendment which would overturn all city smoking bans, so in effect making more places smoking. The commercials that they are running on this stuff makes me crazy! And we have issues on raising minimum wage and also an issue to put slot machines into the horse racing venues, which is supposed to fund college scholarships, but again, they are making the issues so cloudy that it's hard to even understand if that is what will happen! We cannot wait until next Wendesday when the tv ads stop!
We've got an exciting weekend planned. Tomorrow night we have a charitable event called "Hats Off to Nursing" which funds nursing scholarships. It's a great dinner, with open bar, and these amazing gift baskets and trips being raffled off. Oh, and it's crawling distance from our house, practically. And Saturday, you won't believe I got Greg to got to this, but it's Scott Hamilton and Friends, a skating show, at the Q downtown. Our hospital treated Scott Hamilton when he was diagnosed with cancer, so he often offers great discounted prices to our employees to see his show. We're going to that, and then out to dinner with a couple that we are friends with. My friend's husband said that he agreed to go as long as the men could pick a "manly restaurant" to get the testosterone level back up after watching skating, so we agreed!

Hi All..well I am still way sick... stayed home from work 1/2 day tuesday and 1/2 day wednesday..I only missed 1 day last year..I am not one to layout of work but I was way to sick to work...Bobbie is still sick but not as bad as I am. I felt some better today. Bub is working hard and loving it... Sara just started working ..I know most of you don`t know this but she is planning to leave Calum`s dad ..he is a dead beat that won`t work and she is finaly waking up and getting her own place. I haven`t called Lori yet because we are still talking about who is going to cruise this year. I hope all is good with everyone.

Hi Cats - happy Saturday!
I am on my way to Macy's to try to find a winter coat and also start some Christmas shopping. Why do I need a winter coat?? Well, you need a winter coat when you have a day where you wake up and find a coating of snow on your aft deck! Yes, yesterday morning we had a thin layer of the white stuff on the aft deck. It was pretty, but we weren't expecting it. So, I've now got a bit of the Christmas shopping bug!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'll try to think of more list items....I think we should keep the top 100 list going!

hey Sheree,
We saw Chris,Julie,Dee and Doris today at the craft show. Guess what was in the grass behind thier tent? A royal carribean cruise ship. RCCL had a advertising ship shaped tent and Tom told them that was a "sign" and they should take it seriously. He said you do not see a Carnival ship. So they were teasing that that was outside their balcony. we tried to convince them how they need to go RCCL next year with the rest of us. You can look for us all on the next cover of the Crown and Anchor magazine. They even had a rock climbing wall but did not put it up as it was too windy.
It was nice to see them all. Tom called Jim while we were there talking to them.

It's funny that all over the country it sounds like craft shows are going on - like this weekend and next weekend are the big weekends. My niece is headed to a huge on in NY tomorrow, and next Saturday I am going to three of them.
Our mall was packed today - people are really out Christmas shopping already. I, personally, was doing the "one for you, one for me" method and bought myself a gift for each one that I purchased. Somehow I came home with 3 sweaters from Eddie Bauer and 1 from Macy's. I have officially started my shopping now, and hope to have it done by the end of the month. I'd love to be finished Thanksgiving weekend. It's great......it also makes everyone mad at me!
I want you all to know that Greg survived "Scott Hamilton and Friends" and is no less manly than he was before he went. I am not sure if I mentioned that Three Dog Night was performing live while the stars were skating - they were pretty decent. I was never a fan of theirs, but I was surprised once they got going that I knew so many of their songs. The ice skaters were wonderful! We did go to a sports bar afterwards and watched a basketball game and the guys drank beer, so all testosterone was restored.

Tommy/Regina, I agree it was a sign. What are the odds that the girls would be sitting right next to a RCCL cruise ship...has to be 1 in a 1000000 chance!
Sheree, Anne enjoyed chatting with you yesterday...no matter how brief. I assume you were walking into Dilliards when you said "well I'm here"! We got to see Jim, but not the girls or Tommy/Regina.
Sorry we didn't post for a few days, we had a credit card and garage remote stolen while our vehicle was in the possession of the garage that works on our vehicles. Unfortunately, someone went on a spending spree with the card and we now need to change out our garage remotes/codes out of fear that we might come home to a empty house one day. What's truly sad is the lack of responsibility on the garages part...needless to say we are now looking for a new mechanic. I filed a police report and some friends from PD are looking at surveilance from the stores purchases were made. Other than the inconvenience of having to replace the remotes and getting new credit cards, this doesn't have a big impact on us. With that said, we want to make sure this guy(s) get what's coming to them.
Now on with the countdown....

Hmmmm....add that to your list of to-do's, George....hotel, airfare, place that sells yards of Margaritas....
I can confirm that there is a little hut by the dock in St Martin with picnic tables where the frozen margaritas are absolutely wonderful. They're not yards, but they are probably 20 oz plastic cups and the girl who owns the place is generous with the tequila. I am sure there have to be other places to find a good frozen drink or two.....
George - I was in Dillards after your voicemail and prior to talking to Anne. How could you ever guess that????
