I am so tired - I don't know how I am going to make it through one more day of work before the weekend. I'm just exhausted from yesterday. If I didn't have a meeting this morning tht I have to be in, I'd consider calling in sick. I am so glad that I don't have anything to do on Saturday other than my normal cleaning routine and getting some stuff together for packing.
But, a week from right now, we'll be flying towards Miami, so I am going to keep on focusing on that.

Jim, yes I meant Stan and Michelle from GA. Dee and I met up with them a few years ago when we went to the Georgia gift mart and like Dee said every now and then we get an update on how they are doing so it would be great if we could all get together.
Dan, you sound stressed out buddy, when is your vacation coming up? Perhaps you should plan on a cruise before the baby is born.
Jim, I am so glad the girls loved their bags. All the Big Cat girls will be styling with their Cris-Dee originals!!!! We love it. I am sorry I did not get to see the dresses Hope and Bobby Sue made but I am sure they are fabulous.
George, I will be very dissapointed if I miss your Quest adventure. Perhaps I should send Sheree my pink lipstick and a purse so you can re-create the mariner look...lollolololololo

I can take a vacation anytime before Thanksgiving or after Christmas!!!! We are too busy during the Holidays!!! I have over 180 hours of vacation saved up, but I am going to need them for when the baby arrives!!!

Good morning all,
Just three more days of work to go and then early Thursday we are out of here...that is if AirTran doesn't give us a little minute surprise and change our flight again. Anyone want to meet us on Thursday? I'm certain the three days will fly, I have a facility fire inspection on Monday, two ball fields being renovated the whole week, a fight downtown with a General over a new project not per spec and his wining over me not accepting the project. And to top that of, I have an OSHA / Environmental inspection taking place on the 18th and the place has to be ready before I go! Of course that's additional to my regular job My boss wanted me to work this weekend...I responded with a pic of my cruise ship

Hi guys - I am trying to stay excited, but we've got something going on.....yesterday Greg's dad (the world's best father-in-law) had emergency heart surgery. Things were touch and go for a while. Right now he's on the Cardiac Intensive Care floor at the Cleveland Clinic - he was flown there from the hospital closest to Greg's parents house. Anyway, it was a rough afternoon, and finally last night he was out of surgery and moved to a room. He's sedated and intubated right now. They are saying that the best thing for him right now is for him to be sedated and healing. We're hoping that he is out of intensive care on Monday. At this point we are just hoping and praying that he's going to better soon. So, Greg's at his last day at work (boo!) and I am home starting to pull things up into the spare bedroom so we can get packing. I'm just not doing it with my normal enthusiasm. so, keep him in your prayers, please. I am not kidding when I say he's the best.

Thanks guys. He's holding steady right now. He's been out of surgery for 24 hours, and there's no change, which we are told is good news. He's being kept sedated, and being "out of it" is best for him right now. Greg's calling in later to see how he's doing, then he'll call everyone in the family with an update. We'll be at the hospital again tomorrow. I am sorry that his dad will miss the opening day of the Browns season, since there are no TV's in these rooms!
Greg's doing okay, though I could hear the fear in his voice yesterday. His mom is doing well - but she's having a hard time comprehending everything that is going on because to her it is all overwhelming. His sisters both live close to his mom so they'll make sure she's okay too.
I am catching up on a few things around the house and plan to pack my tote bag (the fabulous Cris-Dee flip flop bag) and my travel jewelry pouch while watching TV tonight. I'll also print off all of my confirmations of everything, and tuck those away with our cruise docs and my passport. If I still want to do cruise stuff, I'll be hanging all of my more dressy stuff on hangers in the spare room. I am trying to keep my mind occupied at this point, so whatever I can get done in advance is good.
Did everyone get an e-mail from the Intercontinental Concierge? And George, no Airtran changes for us in almost 2 weeks. Let's hope that stays the same way, unless they want to delay our Miami departure by 30 minutes or so!

Yogini got married today! She is sailing off on her honeymoon right now. I spoke with our friend Eve who did her hair and make-up for the wedding and she sail everything went perfect.
