Hi Guys I am back. I have read all the posts so I am pretty up to date on what you have been talking about. Sorry about the legs Martha. I know you are on you're feet a lot. Do you think that has anything to do with it?
Kathy, you need to lose weight???? Give me a break. With your trim figure.
P) Now I really needed to lose wight and I have lost quite a bit in the past month. Have dropped one dress size already. My diet consists of a yogurt for breakfast, a slim fast drink for lunch and a Lean Cuisine Spa dinner. I also played tennis on Sunday with Lindsey ( first time in 20 years)
and then walked two miles Sunday and again last night when I get back from work.
Martha, you do not have to spend a fortune to go to Europe. Although it is very expensive when you get there. There are some ways you can save money, and I would be happy to help you plan. I stayed in London near St. Pancras and Kings Cross station right in the heart of London for 85 pounds per night. From there you can take the tube all over, as well as the Eurostar to Paris in one and a half hours. Most of the galleries and Museums are free. I went to a show " Blood Brothers" which was great. Plus a concert by candlelight at the famous St.Martins-in-the Field. There are places you can eat which are inexpensive as well. So don't let your dreams fade. You can do it on a budget.
One of the fun things we did was visit the new St. Pancras International Rail Station in London. It is where all the Eurostar trains depart from for Paris. Brussels and Lille. It is wonderful. Lot of shops and cafe's and it hosts a Wine Bar, and the Longest Champagne Bar in Europe.

Take a look at all the fun things to do. Wish we girls could take a trip together. Got to get ready for work.
