SAN: Glad to hear that you got yourself a nice riding car. I'd get a NEW CAR every year if I could afford it. Just nothing like it!! Safe driving with it.
Have a FUN Saturday everyone. Suppose to get up to a high of 60[sup]o[/sup]today according to our weather people. Last nice weekend being reported from them too.
We might still have Sunny Days, but it's going to be getting colder and colder until April!! HATE THAT BIG TIME!! But then you already know that from all these years of me BITCHING!!:girly

There should be a LAW about having to wait 2 days for a offer on a house. Your Realtor should be bring you PRE-APPROVED people to see the house and that would speed things up a lot. Especially at the prices the houses are selling for in your area.
I know any offer is better than NONE, but this waiting around has got to DRIVE YOU AND NANCY NUTS!!
Hope it works out in your favor buddy and that they don't under cut you by 30 thousand!!
I'm off to continue my sorting through of old pieces of paper with recipes clipped out that I have SAVED for way too long. Time to throw most of them out. I'm keeping the ones I actually use and hope to put them in order in a binder so I can pass them onto to Jill and Ashley. Feels like a real DOWNER type task.......getting ready for the Grim Repper!! :

GREAT DAY over here in Michigan today. It's like we're having a LAST FLING of FALL before the real COLD blows in around mid-week!!
SAN: That daylight savings stuff doesn't seem to bug my system like it does others. I was up early because I started coughing!! That "tickle" can drive you nuts in the back of the throat. Doing good doing the day.
Hope Colin & Linda are having fun at BB's with the other gals. Nice that they could get together.

We had a really nice time visiting with Colin & Linda... turns out Linda is the same age as me! AND she said I looked just like a friend of theirs from England.. I think she said her name was Jean.. gee I have a twin across the pond!
