Getting back on subject
The Jewel is a stunning ship, probably my favorite thus far. All of the glass is beautiful and the ship is kept in tiptop shape. Plus, there are so many little spots that one can find to just sit and curl up with a good book. And the Atrium always had something going on. We spent a lot of time in this area in the evenings before dinner, it just kind of called for you to come visit for a while.
We sailed in Feb, with Calgon and other C@'s, and the staff was Fantastic and always helpful. We had a wonderful waiter and asst. waiter, and the two of them made each night very pleasant for us in the dining room. Food is quite subjective, and we did have some nice meals. The presentation was always nice. Nothing stands out as being WOW...but I could take it or leave it as far as food goes on a cruise and would be just as happy with a slice of pizza or a hot dog. But, mainly, I am sure that is because I hate to stop what I am doing to get cleaned up just to go to dinner. :lol Our cabin steward as well was always nice and charming.
We certainly hope to sail the Jewel again and I hope that you have a great time on your sailing.
