Good morning from chilly and windy Kissimmee! Brrrrr ... Who turned the heat off?

Got a few things to do today including getting my hair cut. Then tonight is BINGO! Woo Hoo ... Hope I don't win any more baskets of dollar store nut crackers!

Tomorrow morning we'll be out of here bright & early to head up to Deland. Missy's graduation from Stetson is at 10. Then they're all heading back to our house for food & drinks. What's wrong with that picture??

Been running around this am.had sucha snafu with RCCL about my Jan MN cruise.they double billed me.Called DP desk, customer service desk and not much help.they finally put me thru to the resolution desk..and after a while they finally saw their mistake. Kinda irritated me ...I told them to cancel the whole thing. We may just do a 4 nt GR instead sometime.Not my fav ship,but prefer the itinerary.and the MN doesnt give the same warm fuzzy feeling as the SS. Doing the NV Feb 5th so would had only had a day between the end of the MN and that one.so it all works outs.....


Anyhow,have to still pack (we head to Ft lauderdale on Sun).cant now cuz Dennis is sleeping.

stupid keyboard is gving me fits(Im typing and it doesnt show up right away).think I need to chnage a battery.

I've been thinking about doing a NV cruise too. Outside of Mariner, that is our favorite ship. Is your cruise for 4 or 5 days? We've been looking at the 5 day one, but haven't made up our mind about it yet.

I will definitely convey your best wishes to Missy. It only took her 16 years to earn her 4 year degree! But at least she did it!!

Just stopping by to say congrats to PH.....I saw that you won a Crystal Cruise! It's a long time to wait, but you have something great to look forward to! Definitely a different cruise from RCI or even CEL!

Breeze, I sent you an e-mail this a.m. with the Tuesday deals, and the NV had some interesting prices that you might look at.

I'm glad we were in FLA last weekend, given your weather this weekend. We've had lots of rain yesterday and today, over 6 inches, but it's now getting cold......I went into the Mall and it was 59 degrees, came out and it was 44, just got home and it's 41, so the cold is coming back after this warm spell. (I know you Florida folks don't think 50's are warm, but we do.)

Have a great time tomorrow at Missy's graduation and say congrats from Bill and I. Doesn't matter how long it took her, just matters that she finished! And lucky you and be hostess with the mostest!

PH, not yet. Only the 1-5 and 1-9 NV on this weeks list, but if I see the Feb dates, I'll let you know.
Price was very good, $349 for the 4 nite balcony and 449 for the 5 nite balcony.

Graduation was very nice this morning. Stetson Univ. is a religious college. In order to graduate you have to take 1 religion course. That was the last one Missy took and it was murder. It was all about the books of the bible and how each can be interpreted. She was afraid she wouldn't pass as it was all very confusing to her. She was thrilled when she got a D in that class as it was the hardest one she had taken. Bottom line is that because of that course she missed graduating with honors by .41. Boy, was she mad about that!!!

They've all gone home now and I'm going to sit and relax. 6 AM was a very long time ago!

I hope you're now well rested, cause I'm back now. It was too cold and wet to stick around NC any longer. Besides, their temps were dropping to low 20s last night and we figured it was time to get out of Dodge! Now if someone would turn the heat on here today, I'd be a happy camper.

Nv was pretty good............only thing that sucked was disembarkation..........it was a disaster...........priority people/express people.......no elevators to walk down the 3 decks(from 4 to 1)...........I did a thread on CC about it.............

Had fun in Cozumel.did a complete island tour which inc. tequila tasting................in Belize,a city tour and to the Belikin brewery(can you see a pattern here??).......it was really,nice...........had 45 mins to sit in their bar(all wood and glass--very pretty) and drink all you want..........not a big beer fan,but it was so fresh and cold(and the outside temps were hot) so it was a super combination................

did some other stuff,but I'll wait till we talk............too much to type..........

it is cool today,but going back to the warmth so thats not too bad.................

Looks like we'll be alone Christmas Day...........Lauren and BF(Daniel) are working..........MIL is sick..........but you know what?? thats ok......we'll just have dinner and go see Marley and me(which opens up that day)...........we'll see Lauren Christmas Eve day.....gonna meet them somewhere between here and Tampa...................

well, gonna go put my pics in webshots.........forgot to do that.......been busy playing Wii(we bought one yesterday)........really enjoying it.........my kids were shocked we got one.......hahah

I'll have to go check your post on CC. Too bad getting off the ship was such a pain. Not a good last impression, huh? Sounds like you hit some great tours though. Might have to check them out when we book NV for early next year.

I love how flexible you are for Christmas Day. Wish I didn't have a house full coming that day. I'll have then all here the night before too, so I see a lot of work ahead. Good thing Bert is a big help getting stuff out and putting things away.

I think we are some of the few people out there without a Wii! I've never played with one, so I don't know if I'm missing something I might like. You know what they say - Ignorance is bliss!!!:lol

Got the MMs coming over for hamburgers tonight. Bert thinks I'm punishing him by making him go out in the cold to grill them! Gary needs Bert's help putting Emily's bicycle together this evening also, so that's the only reason I'm having them for dinner. Emily won't be here. She's with Kris' mom in the Villages until tomorrow, so this is the best time to do the bike. We'll keep Ethan busy in the family room.

I think it's time for an adult beverage. What do you think? Wanna join me???-D
